Abstract
Novel compounds having formula (I) and methods of using these compounds to treat diseases, conditions, and disorders are described.
Claims12
A compound of formula (I), a salt thereof, or an enantiomer thereof,
- wherein:
- Y is O, S, N or —CH;
- R is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a substituted alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a substituted alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a substituted alkynyl group, —ORa, —NO2, —C(O)Rb, —C(O)ORa, —C(O)NRcRd, —SRa, —S(O)Rb, —S(O)2Rb, —S(O)NRcRd, —S(O)2NRcRd, —NRcRd, —NRcC(O)Rb, —NRcC(O)NRcRd, —NRcC(O)ORa, —NRcS(O)2Rb, —NRcS(O)2NRcRd, —NRcNRcRd, —NRcNRcC(O)Rb, —NRcNRcC(O)NRcRd, —NRcNRcC(O)ORa, —CRcRdS(O)2Rb, —CRcRdS(O)2NRcRd, —ORa, —OC(O)Rb or —OC(O)NRcRd;
- R2 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or a substituted alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a substituted alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a substituted alkynyl group, an aryl group, a substituted aryl group, a heterocyclic radical group, or a substituted heterocyclic radical group;
- R3 is independently selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a substituted alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a substituted alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a substituted alkynyl group, an alkoxy group, a haloalkyl group, a halogen, a cycloalkyl group, a substituted cycloalkyl group, —CN, —NO2, —C(O)ORa, —C(O)NRcRd, or —NRcRd,
- each of Ra, Rb, Rc and Rd is independently selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a substituted alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a substituted alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a substituted alkynyl group, a haloalkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a substituted cycloaklyl group, a heterocyclic group, a substituted heterocyclic group, an aryl group, a substituted aryl group, a heteroaralkyl group, or a substituted heteroaralkyl group;
- or Rc and Rd taken together with the nitrogen to which they are attached forms a heterocyclic group, a substituted heterocyclic group, a heteroaryl group or a substituted heteroaryl group;
- and
- n is 0, 1 or 2.
