• R2 is selected from H, F, CI, Br, I and C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 Rb;
• R3 is selected from H, F, CI, Br, I, CN and C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 Rc;
• R4 is selected from H, F, CI, Br, I, CN and C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 Rd;
• R5 is selected from H,
• each of M+ is independently selected from Na+, NH4+, K+, choline,
• each of M2+ is independently selected from Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+ and
• ring A is selected from 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl;
• ring B is selected from phenyl, 5-to 6-membered heteroaryl, C3-6 cycloalkyl and 4- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl;
• n is 1;
• each of Ra, Rb, Rc and Rd is independently selected from F, CI, Br, I, OH, NH2 and C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 R;
• each of R is independently selected from F, CI, Br and I;
• each of the 5-to 10-membered heteroaryl, 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl and 3-to 10- membered heterocycloalkyl independently contains 1, 2, or 3 heteroatoms or heteroatom groups independently selected from —O—, —NH—, —S— and N.
