• R1 is —H, optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted alkenyl, optionally substituted alkynyl, optionally substituted heteroalkyl, optionally substituted heteroalkenyl, optionally substituted heteroalkynyl, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted heteroaryl, optionally substituted carbocyclyl, optionally substituted heterocyclyl, or a nitrogen protecting group;
• R2 is —H, optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted alkenyl, optionally substituted alkynyl, optionally substituted heteroalkyl, optionally substituted heteroalkenyl, optionally substituted heteroalkynyl, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted heteroaryl, optionally substituted carbocyclyl, optionally substituted heterocyclyl, or a nitrogen protecting group;
• or
• R1 and R2 are joined together with the intervening atoms to form an optionally substituted heterocyclyl;
• each R3 independently is optionally substituted C6-C25 aliphatic;
• and
• each n independently is 0-15, inclusive.
