Abstract
A dicalcium ferrite (Ca2Fe2O5)/calcium ferrite (CaFe2O4)/iron oxide (Fe2O3) nanocomposite material includes orthorhombic Ca2Fe2O5 phases, orthorhombic CaFe2O4 phases, and rhombohedral Fe2O3 phases. The Ca2Fe2O5/CaFe2O4/Fe2O3 nanocomposite material has a granular morphology with an average grain size in a range from 200 to 400 nanometers (nm) and the granular morphology includes spherical particles aggregated together forming the granular morphology where the spherical particles have an average particle diameter in a range from 40 to 80 nm.
