Multifunctional hair band and exercise device and method of use

A multifunctional exercise and hair band device, comprising:

• a first layer, wherein the first layer is folded;
• and
• a second layer placed alongside the first layer,
• wherein each of the first layer and the second layer comprises a first end and a second end, respectively,
• wherein the second layer is sewn to the first layer via a first seam at open side ends of the first layer, leaving a gap formed within the first layer while allowing the second layer to protrude out from the first layer,
• wherein the second layer is pulled through the first layer in an inside-out fashion concealing the first seam within the first layer, resulting in the second layer residing inside the first layer,
• wherein the second layer is sewn to the first layer at each of the first end and the second end by a second seam, and
• wherein the first end and the second end of the first layer and the second layer are connected by a third seam to flatten an intersection point of the first layer and the second layer forming the multifunctional exercise and hair band device.

A method of providing a multifunctional exercise and hair band device, the method comprising steps of:

• providing a first layer folded in a rectangular configuration;
• placing a second layer alongside the first layer;
• connecting the second layer to the first layer at open side ends of the first layer;
• pulling the second layer through the first layer in an inside-out fashion;
• and
• connecting the first layer and the second layer together at each distal end of the first layer and the second layer for forming the multifunctional exercise and hair band device.
