Claims8
A method of making an antibody comprising:
- (i) culturing a host cell comprising a polynucleotide or polynucleotides encoding an antibody comprising a heavy chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 50 and a light chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 51 under conditions sufficient to produce the antibody;
- and
- (ii) purifying the antibody from the host cell.
