Abstract
The present disclosure provides the synthesis and application of respiratory syncytial virus inhibitor, being a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, isomer, solvate, prodrug or isotope label thereof. Compared with the existing inhibitors, the compounds of formula I have the advantages of superior activity and higher exposure in vivo.

A compound of formula I-1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof:

- R3 is difluoromethyl, R5 and R6 are each independently selected from hydrogen, amino, and C1-2 alkyl, wherein the C1-2 alkyl is unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy or amino, and R5 and R6 are not both hydrogen.
