Abstract
The present invention relates to antibodies that bind to human and monkey mucin 17 (MUC17). Moreover, the invention relates to a detection system comprising such antibodies. The antibodies or the detection system may be used for detecting or quantifying MUC17, for diagnosing a disease associated with MUC17, for patient stratification, monitoring disease progression, and evaluating the therapeutic response.
Claims12
An antibody that binds human mucin 17 (MUC17) comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, wherein the antibody comprises a variable heavy chain comprising a CDR1 region, a CDR2 region, and a CDR3 region comprising the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 2, 3, and 4, respectively, and a variable light chain region comprising a CDR1 region, a CDR2 region, and a CDR3 region comprising the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 6, 7, and 8, respectively.
