Abstract
The invention provides antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof, that specifically bind to E-selectin. The invention includes uses, and associated methods of using the antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof.
Claims24
An isolated antibody that specifically binds to human E-selectin, comprising at least one of the following:
- (a) a light chain complementarity determining region 1 (LCDR-1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, a LCDR-2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, a LCDR-3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (HCDR-1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8, a HCDR-2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:389, and a HCDR-3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:10;
- (b) the HCDR-1, HCDR-2, and HCDR-3 amino acid sequences as set forth in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:39, and the LCDR-1, LCDR-2, and LCDR-3 amino acid sequences as set forth in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5;
- (c) a heavy chain variable domain (VH) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:39 and a light chain variable domain (VL) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 5;
- and
- (d) a heavy chain (HC) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:37, and a light chain (LC) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1.
An isolated antibody that specifically binds to human E-selectin, comprising:
- a VL amino acid sequence comprising a LCDR-1, a LCDR-2 and a LCDR-3 of by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5;
- and
- a VH amino acid sequence comprising a HCDR-1, a HCDR-2 and a HCDR-3 of by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3944.
An isolated antibody that specifically binds to human E-selectin, comprising a LC comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, and a HC comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:37.
An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding an antibody that specifically binds human E-selectin comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5 and SEQ ID NO:39.
An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising
- a) the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:150 and the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:137.
