• Ar1 is substituted or unsubstituted fluoranthenyl, wherein the one or more substituent(s), if present in Ar1, are independently selected from the group consisting of C6 to C18 aryl, C3 to C20 heteroaryl, D, F, CN, C1 to C16 alkyl, C1 to C16 alkoxy, nitrile, PY(R)2, OR, SR, (C═O)R, (C═O)N(R)2, Si(R)3, (S═O)R, and (S═O)2R,
• wherein,
• Y is O or S,
• R are independently selected from C1-C20 linear alkyl, C1-C20 alkoxy, C1-C20 thioalkyl, C3-C20 branched alkyl, C3-C20 cyclic alkyl, C3-C20 branched alkoxy, C3-C20 cyclic alkoxy, C3-C20 branched thioalkyl, C3-C20 cyclic thioalkyl, C6-C20 aryl and C3-C20 heteroaryl;
• X1 and X2 are nitrogen, or X1 is C—(Ar2)a and X2 is C—(Ar5)a;
• L1 may represent a single bond or is selected from the group consisting of phenylene, biphenylene, triphenylene, and naphthylene;
• L2 is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted phenylene, substituted or unsubstituted biphenylene, substituted or unsubstituted triphenylene, and substituted or unsubstituted naphthylene, wherein the one or more substituent(s), if present in L2, are independently selected from the group consisting of C6 to C18 aryl, C3 to C20 heteroaryl, D, F, CN, C1 to C16 alkyl, C1 to C16 alkoxy, nitrile, PY(R)2 with Y being O or S, OR, SR, (C═O)R, (C═O)N(R)2, Si(R)3, (S═O)R, and (S═O)2R,
• wherein,
• Y is O or S,
• R are independently selected from C1-C20 linear alkyl, C1-C20 alkoxy, C1-C20 thioalkyl, C3-C20 branched alkyl, C3-C20 cyclic alkyl, C3-C20 branched alkoxy, C3-C20 cyclic alkoxy, C3-C20 branched thioalkyl, C3-C20 cyclic thioalkyl, C6-C20 aryl and C3-C20 heteroaryl;
• Ar2, Ar3, Ar4, Ar5 and Ar6 are independently selected from the following moieties C-1 to C-12—

• a, b, c, d and e are independently selected from 0 or 1, wherein 2≤a+b+c+d+e≤5;
• provided that if X1 is C—(Ar2)a and X2 is C—(Ar5)d, and b and d are 1 and a+b+c+d+e=2, then Ar2, Ar3, Ar4, Ar5 and Ar6 are independently selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl;
