Abstract
Solid supplement compositions are disclosed comprising at least one non-ester nitrate compound and at least one isolated amino acid compound. The at least one isolated amino acid compound is a separate compound than the at least one non-ester nitrate compound. The composition contains at least about 0.05625 mg nitrate ion (NO3−).
Claims15
A solid supplement composition comprising:
- at least one non-ester nitrate compound;
- and
- an isolated amino acid compound, the isolated amino acid compound being Tyrosine;
- wherein the isolated amino acid compound is a separate compound than the at least one non-ester nitrate compound;
- and
- wherein the solid supplement composition comprises an amount of nitrate ion (NO3−) that is at least about 0.05625 mg.
