Abstract
A mounting system includes a body extending from a first end to a second end. The mounting system includes a bracket adjustably coupleable to the first end to secure the body to a wall with a portion of the body between the first and second ends spaced apart from the wall. The first end of the body includes a first projection having a groove configured to receive a key of a second projection of the bracket to rotationally fix the bracket relative to the body.
Claims20
A mounting system comprising:
- a body extending from a first end of the body to a second end of the body;
- and
- a bracket adjustably coupleable to the first end of the body to secure the body to a wall via a hole in the wall, with a portion of the body between the first and second ends of the body configured to be spaced apart from the wall;
- wherein the first end of the body includes a first projection having a groove configured to receive a key of a second projection of the bracket to rotationally fix the bracket relative to the body, wherein the first projection and the second projection are each configured to at least partially extend into the hole in the wall;
- wherein the bracket includes a directional guide located on an outer surface of the bracket, the directional guide configured to indicate an orientation of the bracket and the body relative to the wall;
- and
- wherein the bracket extends from a first end of the bracket to a second end of the bracket, the first end of the bracket configured to engage with the wall and the second end of the bracket configured to protrude away from the wall, the second end of the bracket defining an insert configured to be at least partially inserted into a fixture.

A mounting system, comprising:
- a body that extends from a first end of the body to a second end of the body, the first end of the body having a first projection;
- and
- a bracket adjustably coupleable to the first end of the body to couple the body to a wall via a hole in the wall, the bracket having a second projection, wherein the first projection and the second projection are each configured to at least partially extend into the hole in the wall;
- wherein the first projection includes a groove configured to receive a key of the second projection to rotationally fix the bracket relative to the body;
- wherein a portion of the body between the first end and the second end of the body is configured to be spaced apart from the wall;
- and
- wherein the bracket extends from a first end of the bracket to a second end of the bracket, the first end of the bracket configured to engage with the wall and the second end of the bracket configured to protrude away from the wall, the second end of the bracket defining an insert configured to be at least partially inserted into a fixture.
4 more elements
A mounting system, comprising:
- a body extending from a first end surface to a second end surface and having a projection that extends from the first end surface, the projection configured to protrude through a hole in a wall;
- and
- a bracket configured to adjustably couple the body to the wall, the bracket having a receiver configured to receive at least a portion of the projection, the receiver configured to protrude through the hole in the wall;
- wherein one of the projection and the receiver defines a key and the other of the projection and the receiver defines a groove configured to receive the key to fix the body to the bracket in the hole;
- wherein a portion of the body located between the first end surface and the second end surface is configured to be spaced apart from the wall;
- and
- wherein the bracket includes a directional guide located on an outer surface of the bracket, the directional guide configured to indicate an orientation of the bracket and the body relative to the wall;
- and
- wherein the bracket extends from a first end of the bracket to a second end of the bracket, the first end of the bracket configured to engage with the wall and the second end of the bracket configured to protrude away from the wall, the second end of the bracket defining an insert configured to be at least partially inserted into a fixture.
