- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or hydrate thereof;
- wherein R13 is H, Boc, acetyl, Fmoc,
- each R14 is independently H or C1-C6 alkyl;
- R15 is H or C1-C6 alkyl;
- each R6 is independently H, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, or C2-C6 alkynyl;
- R8 is H, Boc, acetyl, Fmoc, or
- R7 is H, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, or C2-C6 alkynyl;
- R9 is H or C1-C6 alkyl;
