Abstract
A device for carrying out miter cuts includes two limbs which are secured to a central element in a pivotal manner in each case and so as to be fixable in pivoted positions. Each limb has a stop strip with a contact surface, wherein the contact surface lies opposite a counter contact surface formed by a counter stop. The distance between the contact surface and the counter contact surface can be adjusted by an adjusting element. Furthermore, the limbs and the central element are made of plastic, and a region of the central element from which the guide elements originate and which extends at least over the region between the guide elements has either a metal plate or an exchangeable sacrificial plate.
Claims24
A device for carrying out miter cuts comprising guide elements (31) secured thereto, wherein each guide element is formed by two adjacent guide pins (31), wherein the guide pins (31) have a shaft (33), on which at least one sleeve (32) is rotatably mounted, wherein the sleeve (32) has a spring tongue (34), which engages with a protrusion (34′) with an annular groove (54) of the shaft (33).
A device for carrying out miter cuts comprising a central element, two limbs extending from the central element, and guide elements (31, 32, 33) secured to the central element and being configured for guiding a saw, wherein one or several bodies of the device are made of plastic and a region of one of the bodies, from which guide elements (31, 32, 33) originate, extends at least over the region between the guide elements (31, 32, 33), and either has a metal plate (38) or an exchangeable sacrificial plate (38), wherein the metal plate (38) or sacrificial plate (38) lies in a recess (39) of the central element (1) and has openings, through which pivot axes (30) extend, by means of which ends (35) of the limbs (2, 2′) are pivotably hinged to the central element (1).
A device for carrying out miter cuts comprising two limbs (2, 2′), which are secured to a central element (1) in a pivotable manner in each case and so as to be fixable in pivoted positions, wherein each limb carries a stop strip (5) comprising a contact surface (5′), which is secured to the limb (2, 2′) so as to be capable of being shifted and/or offset in its direction of extension, wherein the stop strip (5) is secured to the limb (2, 2′) by means of a releasable connection (52, 46) by means of securing elements (52) engaging through bores (48) of the stop strip (5) and elongated holes (47) of the limb (2, 2′), wherein the elongated holes (47) extend in the bearing surface (10).
