A pH-sensitive polymer comprising a hydrophilic amino acid, a hydrophobic amino acid, and a fatty acid as monomers, and further comprising a chain extender.
A coating composition comprising a pH-sensitive polymer, a fatty acid, and cellulose or a derivative of cellulose, wherein the pH-sensitive polymer comprises a hydrophilic amino acid, a hydrophobic amino acid, and a fatty acid as monomers.
