Self-controlled equalization circuit capable of providing an automatic gain control mechanism

A self-controlled equalization circuit comprising:

• a first amplifier comprising:
• a first input terminal configured to receive a data signal;
• a second input terminal configured to receive a reference signal;
• a first output terminal;
• and
• a second output terminal;
• a second amplifier coupled to the first output terminal of the first amplifier and the second output terminal of the first amplifier;
• a feedback signal generator coupled to the second amplifier;
• a frequency delay signal generator comprising:
• an input terminal configured to receive a frequency signal;
• and
• an output terminal;
• a feedback enabling unit coupled to the output terminal of the frequency delay signal generator and the feedback signal generator;
• an equalization control unit coupled to the feedback signal generator, the feedback enabling unit, the second input terminal of the first amplifier, the first output terminal of the first amplifier, and the second output terminal of the first amplifier;
• and
• a gain control unit coupled to the feedback signal generator, the second input terminal of the first amplifier, the first output terminal of the first amplifier, and the second output terminal of the first amplifier.
