Abstract
A method for producing an aromatic heterocycle-substituted difluoroacetic acid derivative having a partial structure represented by the formula (III), by reacting an N-oxido aromatic heterocyclic compound having a partial structure represented by the formula (I) with tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of a compound represented by the formula (II): R—YH, in a solvent selected from an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, an ester solvent and an ether solvent:
Claims20
A method for producing a compound having a partial structure represented by formula (III) (IIIA) or formula (IIIB):
- wherein R is a C1-8 alkyl group, a C3-8 cycloalkyl group, a C7-16 aralkyl group or a C6-10 aryl group, wherein the C1-8 alkyl group is optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from a halogen atom, a cyano group, a C1-6 alkoxy group and a C1-6 haloalkoxy group, and the C3-8 cycloalkyl group, C7-16 aralkyl group and C6-10 aryl group are each optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from a halogen atom, a cyano group, a C1-6 alkyl group, a C1-6 haloalkyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy group and a C1-6 haloalkoxy group,
- Y is O, S or NRY, and
- RY is a hydrogen atom or a C1-8 alkyl group, or RY and R are optionally taken together to form a nitrogen-containing heterocycle with a nitrogen atom to which they are bonded,
