- a second sheet feeding portion on which a second recording material is placed and which is different from the first sheet feeding portion;
- an image forming portion including a transfer member forming a nip at which an image is transferred onto the first recording material or the second recording material;
- a merging portion where a first path and a second path cross each other, the first path being a path along which the first recording material is conveyed toward the nip, and the second path being a path along which the second recording material is conveyed toward the nip;
- a collecting portion configured to collect first paper dust from the first recording material and second paper dust from the second recording material, the collecting portion including a rotatable member configured to collect the first paper dust while rotating in a first direction in contact with the first recording material when the first recording material is fed and configured to collect the second paper dust while rotating in a second direction opposite to the first direction in contact with the second recording material when the second recording material is fed;
- a first guiding member opposing the rotatable member and forming a part of the first path in cooperation with the rotatable member;
- and
- a second guiding member opposing the rotatable member and forming a part of the second path in cooperation with the rotatable member,
