Abstract
There are provided a display device and a method of manufacturing the display device. The display device includes: electrodes spaced apart from each other; light emitting elements disposed between the electrodes; and connection electrodes disposed on the light emitting elements. Each of the connection electrodes includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, and a work function of the first conductive layer is lower than a work function of the second conductive layer.
Claims20
A display device comprising:
- electrodes spaced apart from each other in a first direction crossing a thickness direction of the display device;
- light emitting elements disposed between the electrodes;
- and
- connection electrodes disposed on the light emitting elements, wherein
- each of the connection electrodes includes:
- a first conductive layer;
- and
- a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, and overlapping with the first conductive layer in the thickness direction,
- wherein a work function of the first conductive layer is lower than a work function of the second conductive layer.
A method of manufacturing a display device, the method comprising:
- providing light emitting elements between electrodes spaced apart from each other in a first direction crossing a thickness direction of the display device;
- forming a first conductive layer on the light emitting elements;
- forming a second conductive layer on the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer overlapping with the first conductive layer in the thickness direction;
- and
- forming connection electrodes by etching the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer,
- wherein a work function of the first conductive layer is lower than a work function of the second conductive layer.
