Air conditioner

An air conditioner comprising:

• a housing including:
• a cylinder portion,
• an inlet to allow air to be introduced into the housing, and
• an outlet formed at a portion of the cylinder portion and having an arc shape to allow the air to be discharged to an outside of the housing;
• a heat exchanger inside the cylinder portion and having an arc shape;
• and
• a plurality of blades, arranged along a circumferential direction of the outlet and configured to move back and forth along a radial direction of the outlet to selectively open or block the outlet;
• a first wire connected with the plurality of blades and configured to be wound so that the plurality of blades move along the radial direction of the outlet;
• and
• a second wire connected with the plurality of blades and configured to be wound so that the plurality of blades move along an opposite direction of the radial direction of the outlet,
• wherein the plurality of blades includes a plurality of holes, respectively, to guide the air introduced through the inlet to be discharged to the outside of the housing while a blade among the plurality of blades blocks the outlet.
