Motorized sheer shading system

A motorized sheer shading system control method, comprising:

• adjusting, by a shade positioning control circuitry, a rotational speed of a roller tube drive motor to vary a rotational speed of a roller tube to raise or lower a shade hem bar at a constant first speed responsive to receipt of a first instruction to raise or lower the shade;
• and
• setting, by the shade positioning control circuitry, the rotational speed of the roller tube drive motor to cause vanes disposed within the shade to travel between a VIEW position and a CLOSED position at a constant second speed responsive to receipt of a second instruction to transition the shade between the VIEW position and the CLOSED position;
• wherein the rotational speed of the motor at the second speed is slower than the first speed.

A non-transitory, machine-readable, storage device that includes instructions that, when executed by shade positioning control circuitry, cause the shade positioning control circuitry to:

• adjust a rotational speed of a roller tube drive motor to vary a rotational speed of a roller tube to raise or lower a shade hem bar at a constant first speed responsive to receipt of a first instruction to raise or lower the shade;
• and
• set the rotational speed of the roller tube drive motor to cause vanes disposed within the shade to travel between a VIEW position and a CLOSED position at a constant second speed responsive to receipt of a second instruction to transition the shade between the VIEW position and the CLOSED position;
• wherein the rotational speed of the motor at the second speed is slower than the first speed.
