Modular kitchen mounting apparatus

A vehicle bay assembly, comprising:

• a mounting apparatus fixedly attached relative to a mounting surface;
• and
• an apparatus configured to interface with the mounting apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
• a storage apparatus comprising:
• a protrusion configured to be accommodated by a first slot comprising a conical pocket,
• a locking assembly configured to be accommodated by a second slot, and
• a kitchen enclosure, wherein:
• the protrusion extends from a bottom surface of the storage apparatus and is configured to enable vertical displacement of an end of the storage apparatus when the conical pocket releases a pin of the protrusion, and
• the kitchen enclosure is configured to move from a stored position to a first extended position, wherein in the first extended position of the kitchen enclosure at least partially extends out from the storage apparatus;
• and
• a kitchen work surface configured to move from the stored position within the kitchen enclosure to a second extended position.

A vehicle comprising:

• a vehicle bay assembly comprising a mounting surface;
• and
• a storage apparatus configured to be secured to the mounting surface, the storage apparatus comprising:
• a front side comprising a releasing assembly;
• a kitchen module comprising at least one kitchen appliance, wherein the kitchen module is configured to extend out from the storage apparatus into an extended position, wherein the extended position enables uninhibited access to the kitchen module;
• a bottom surface comprising a protrusion configured to be accommodated by a first slot in the mounting surface comprising a conical pocket, wherein:
• the protrusion is configured to be secured to the mounting surface, and
• the protrusion is configured to enable vertical displacement of an end of the storage apparatus when the conical pocket releases a pin of the protrusion;
• and
• a locking assembly configured to be accommodated by a second slot.
