Abstract
The present disclosure provides anti-circumsporozoite (CSP) antibodies, compositions comprising such antibodies. Also disclosed are methods of producing the disclosed antibodies and methods of treating or preventing malaria using the same.

A vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding a recombinant anti-circumsporozoite (CSP) antibody comprising a light chain variable region (VL) and a heavy chain variable region (VH), wherein:
- a) the light chain variable region comprises a CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, a CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 2, and a CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
