• wherein,
• X1 and X3 are each independently O or S,
• e, g, are each independently an integer of 0 to 4, f and n are each independently an integer of 0 to 3, and i is an integer of 1 to 4,
• R1, R2, R3, R4 and Ar3 are the same or different from each other and are each indepe ndently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen;
• deuterium;
• C6-C12 aryl group;
• C1-C10 alkyl group, and R6 is C6-C12 aryl group or C1-C10 alkyl group,
• A is a substituent represented by Formula A-1;
• or a substituent represented by Formula A-2;
• wherein,
• X11 and X12 are each independently O or S,
• Ar11 and Ar12 are each a C6-C12 aryl group or C1-C10 alkyl group,
• R21, R22, R23 and R24 are the same as the definition of R1,
• w, x, y and z are each independently an integer of 0 to 3,
• wherein, the aryl group and alkyl group may be substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of deuterium;
• C6-C12 aryl group and C6-C12 aryl group substituted with deuterium.
