Personal care product and a method for making a personal care product by an additive process

A method for making a personal care product, the method comprising:

• forming a first layer using an additive process, wherein the first layer has a first composition that comprises at least one filler component selected from the group consisting of a starch, a bulking agent salt, a granular acid, a clay mineral, sorbitol, silica, titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide;
• applying a binder to the first layer;
• and
• forming a second layer overlying the binder using the additive process,
• wherein the second layer has a second composition that comprises at least one filler component selected from the group consisting of a starch, a bulking agent salt, a granular acid, a clay mineral, sorbitol, silica, titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide, and
• wherein one of the first composition or the second composition further comprises at least one anionic surfactant, and the other of the first composition or the second composition is free of the at least one anionic surfactant.
