Abstract
A cleaning robot, comprising: a robot body, a control unit provided in the robot body, and a fixing unit provided at the bottom of a front end of the robot body, the fixing unit comprising a sleeve and an ultrasonic sensor, the ultrasonic sensor being fixed in the sleeve and being electrically connected to the control unit, and the ultrasonic sensor being used for emitting an ultrasonic wave downwards and receiving an echo reflected by different ground forms.

A cleaning robot, comprising a robot body and a control unit disposed in the robot body, wherein the cleaning robot further comprises:
- a fixing unit disposed at a front bottom of the robot body, the fixing unit comprising a sleeve;
- and
- an ultrasonic sensor fixed in the sleeve to achieve multiple echoes of a normal ground and electrically connected to the control unit, the ultrasonic sensor being configured to emit an ultrasonic wave downward and receive echoes reflected by different ground forms, and a deviation of a ultrasonic echo waveform reflected by the normal ground and the ultrasonic echo waveform reflected by a carpet surface with the sleeve is greater than that without providing the sleeve.
