Claims19
An oil and/or fat composition comprising:
- an oil and/or fat;
- sulfurol in an amount of 14-2,500 ppm;
- 2,6-dimethoxyphenol in an amount of 28-5,000 ppm;
- 3-methylbutanal in an amount of 0.6-123 ppm;
- and 4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenol in an amount of 6.3-1,125 ppm.
