A mixture comprising:
- a plurality of Anellovirus ORF1 molecules, and
- a chaotropic agent;
- wherein at least 75% of the plurality of Anellovirus ORF1 molecules in the mixture are comprised in a plurality of pentameric or decameric capsomers.
