Primer composition

A primer composition comprising:

• a component (A):
• benzophenone;
• a component (B):
• the component (B) is selected from the group consisting of 4-methacryloyloxybenzophenone, 2,2,4,4-tetramethylbenzophenone, 3,3,4,4-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dihydride, 4,4-dimethylbenzophenone, 4-dimethylaminobenzophenone, xanthone, and 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone;
• and
• a component (C):
• a solvent,
• wherein a content of the component (B) is 1 to 12 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A), and wherein the component (C) is acetone or n-hexane.
