An isolated anti-PTK7 antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof, comprising heavy chain CDR (HCDR) 1-3 and light chain CDR (LCDR) 1-3 comprising SEQ ID NOs:
- 151, 157, 161, 164, 167, and 170, respectively.
An isolated anti-PTK7 antibody comprising a heavy chain that comprises the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:193 and 201, with or without the C-terminal lysine of SEQ ID NO:
- 201, and a light chain that comprises the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:188 and 199.
