Abstract
The present disclosure relates to aqueous compositions for anti-IL17a antibodies, and more particularly to aqueous compositions for anti-IL17a antibodies with a VHH variable domain and a VL variable domain, and can be used as a medicinal agent for treating IL-17A-mediated diseases.
Claims23
An aqueous pharmaceutical composition suitable for parenteral administration to a subject for inhibiting IL17a protein activity comprising:
- a pharmaceutically effective amount of an anti-IL17a antibody comprising a VHH-derivative domain and a variable VL domain;
- a histidine-based buffering agent;
- and
- an effective amount of a sugar-based alcohol as an osmotic agent;
- wherein said anti-IL17a antibody is Netakimab and said sugar-based alcohol is Mannitol.
An aqueous pharmaceutical composition suitable for parenteral administration to a subject for inhibiting IL17a protein activity comprising:
- a pharmaceutically effective amount of an anti-IL17a antibody comprising a VHH-derivative domain and a variable VL domain;
- an acetate-based buffering agent;
- and
- a disaccharide as an osmotic agent;
- wherein said anti-IL17a antibody is Netakimab and said disaccharide is trehalose.
