Abstract
A method of hydrogen generation includes contacting sodium borohydride (NaBH4) and a nanocomposite containing graphitic C3N4, Fe2O3, and MgAl2O4 in a mass relationship to each other in a range of from 5 to 15: 2 to 7: 75 to 95, at a temperature in a range of from 10 to 80° C., thereby catalyzing the hydrogen generation.
Claims15
A method of hydrogen generation, the method comprising:
- contacting sodium borohydride (NaBH4) and water in the presence of a catalyst comprising a nanocomposite comprising graphitic C3N4, Fe2O3, and MgAl2O4 in a mass relationship to each other in a range of from 5 to 15:
- 2 to 7:
- 75 to 95, at a temperature in a range of from 10 to 80° C., thereby catalyzing the hydrogen generation.
