Abstract
A display device includes a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel, bank patterns disposed on a substrate, light-emitting elements disposed between the bank patterns, color conversion layers disposed on the light-emitting elements between the bank patterns, and protective layers disposed on the color conversion layers, wherein the protective layers in the first pixel, the second pixel, and the third pixel have different thicknesses.
Claims10
A display device comprising:
- a first pixel;
- a second pixel;
- a third pixel;
- bank patterns disposed on a substrate;
- light-emitting elements disposed between the bank patterns;
- color conversion layers disposed on the light-emitting elements between the bank patterns;
- protective layers disposed on the color conversion layers;
- and
- a first color filter disposed in the first pixel,
- wherein the protective layers in the first pixel, the second pixel, and the third pixel have different thicknesses,
- wherein the protective layers include a first protective layer on the color conversion layers and a second protective layer on the first protective layer, and
- wherein the first color filter is disposed between the first protective layer and the second protective layer.
