Systems for preparing crystals

A crystal preparation system, comprising:

• a furnace;
• a heat insulation drum, the heat insulation drum being located inside the furnace;
• a crucible component, the crucible component being located inside the heat insulation drum;
• a resistance heating component, the resistance heating component including a heating body, the heating body including a plurality of heating units, the plurality of heating units forming a uniform temperature field;
• a heat insulation layer, the heat insulation layer including a top heat insulation layer and a side heat insulation layer, the side heat insulation layer being located around an outside of the plurality of heating units, the top heat insulation layer covering a top of the plurality of heating units and a top of the crucible component, wherein the heat insulation drum is configured to accommodate the heat insulation layer;
• a temperature control device, wherein the temperature control device is configured to
• monitor crystal related parameters of crystal growth in the crucible component in real time;
• determine temperature field information required for the crystal growth by inputting the crystal related parameters into a trained machine learning model;
• automatically adjust the height and the thickness of the heat insulation layer in real time based on the temperature field information.
