Abstract
Provided herein are compounds that inhibit HDAC6, a protein whose activity is associated with a variety of diseases (e.g., cancer, neurological disorders). Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising the compounds, and methods of treating HDAC6-related diseases and disorders (e.g., Alzheimer's disease, cancer) with the compounds in a subject, by administering the compounds and/or compositions described herein.

A compound of Formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- X1 is hydrogen or fluoro;
- X2 is hydrogen or fluoro;
- provided that at least one of X1 and X2 is fluoro;
- A is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted carbocyclyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl;
- R1 is hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
- or R1 and R2 together form a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, or a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl;
- Ra is hydrogen or is joined with Rc to form a substituted or unsubstituted bridged ring;
- Rb is hydrogen or is joined with Rc to form a substituted or unsubstituted bridged ring;
- Rc is hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or is joined with at least one of Ra and Rb to form a substituted or unsubstituted bridged ring;
- m is 0 or 1;
- and
- n is 0 or 1.
