Topical formulation for binding to dermatological cannabinoid receptors

A topically administered formulation for treating dermatologic itch and soothing of pain and inflammation of smooth muscle, tendons, ligaments, skeletal muscle, endothelial cell, synovial cell, or peripheral nerve fibers, reduction of endothelial bruising, or promotion of healing of endothelial bruising, the formulation comprising by percent weight of the formulation:

• 0.70% wt of an Essential Oil Blend comprising a composition of Clove Oil, Lavender Oil, Rosemary Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, and Lemon Oil;
• 0.1-1% wt Lavender;
• 0.1-1% wt Lemon Extract;
• 1.5% wt Pansy (Viola tricolor) Extract;
• 0.1-1% wt Chamomile Flower Extract;
• >1% wt Ceramides;
• >1% wt Licorice Root;
• and
• >1% wt Yarrow.
