Provided herein are methods of enhancing mechanical thrombectomy during endovascular therapy for acute thrombosis using 3,3′-diindolylmethane.

A method of treating a subject with AMI before, during, or immediately after percutaneous coronary endovascular therapy, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of 3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM).
