Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless node may receive a code block. The wireless node may predict a low density parity check (LDPC) decoding result for the code block in accordance with received log likelihood ratio (LLR) histogram information associated with the code block. The wireless node may configure an LDPC decoder in accordance with the predicted LDPC decoding result for the code block. Numerous other aspects are described.
Claims30
A method of wireless communication performed by a wireless node, comprising:
- receiving a signal comprising a code block;
- predicting a low density parity check (LDPC) decoding result for the code block in accordance with received log likelihood ratio (LLR) histogram information associated with the code block, the LDPC decoding result indicating whether the code block will pass a cyclic redundancy check (CRC);
- and
- configuring an LDPC decoder in accordance with the predicted LDPC decoding result for the code block.
An apparatus configured for wireless communication, comprising:
- one or more memories comprising processor-executable instructions;
- and
- one or more processors configured to execute the processor-executable instructions and cause the apparatus to:
- receive a signal comprising a code block;
- predict a low density parity check (LDPC) decoding result for the code block in accordance with received log likelihood ratio (LLR) histogram information associated with the code block, the LDPC decoding result indicating whether the code block will pass a cyclic redundancy check (CRC);
- and
- configure an LDPC decoder in accordance with the predicted LDPC decoding result for the code block.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions for wireless communication, the set of instructions comprising:
- one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a wireless node, cause the wireless node to:
- receive a signal comprising a code block;
- predict a low density parity check (LDPC) decoding result for the code block in accordance with received log likelihood ratio (LLR) histogram information associated with the code block, the LDPC decoding result indicating whether the code block will pass a cyclic redundancy check (CRC);
- and
- configure an LDPC decoder in accordance with the predicted LDPC decoding result for the code block.
An apparatus for wireless communication, comprising:
- means for receiving a signal comprising a code block;
- means for predicting a low density parity check (LDPC) decoding result for the code block in accordance with received log likelihood ratio (LLR) histogram information associated with the code block, the LDPC decoding result indicating whether the code block will pass a cyclic redundancy check (CRC);
- and
- means for configuring an LDPC decoder in accordance with the predicted LDPC decoding result for the code block.
