KOAPT-therapy-based treatment and rehabilitation device for degenerative knee joint disease

A device for treating and rehabilitating knee osteoarthritis, the device designed based on knee osteoarthritis pendulum therapy, the therapy configured to require users to perform leg swinging movements as a treatment, the device comprising a body data collection component, a motion quantity data collection component, a support component, a control component, and a feedback component;

• the support component is used to provide trunk support and/or waist support and/or elbow support for the user;
• the body data collection component is installed on the support component to collect a body data of the user during use of the device, the body data comprises elbow support point height, reduction of body weight on the supporting leg, trunk upright status value, and leg upright state value;
• the motion quantity data collection component is installed on the support component to collect a motion quantity data of the user's leg swinging movements during use;
• the motion quantity data comprises movement quantity, movement frequency, and movement amplitude of leg swinging movements;
• the control component comprises preset databases and a built-in computer program, the computer program receives the body data sent by the body data collection component in real-time and determines in real-time whether the body data matches values in the preset databases, the values in the preset databases meet the requirements of the knee osteoarthritis pendulum therapy;
• when the body data doesn't match the values, the feedback component receives feedback instructions from the control component and communicates corresponding information to the user, to correct the user's movement posture;
• the preset databases comprises graduated treatment models, the computer program also receives the motion quantity data sent by the motion quantity data collection component in real-time, and guide the user to complete the treatment according to the graduated treatment models;
• the feedback component is used to send audio and/or video and/or tactile signals to the user according to the feedback instructions from the control component.
