Abstract
A shaped body having a) carrier material, and b) fragrance, wherein the shaped body has a mass between 3 and 25 g and the ratio of body surface area to body volume is 2 cm−1 to 10 cm−1. The invention also relates to the use thereof and to a method for using the shaped bodies.
Claims20
A shaped body comprising:
- a) water-soluble carrier material, and
- b) fragrance,
- wherein the shaped body has a mass between 3 and 25 g, a density above 1 g/cm3, a ratio of body surface area to body volume that is 2 cm−1 to 10 cm−1, and disintegrates or dissolves in aqueous media.
A shaped body comprising:
- a) water-soluble carrier material, and
- b) 12 to 20 wt % fragrance based on the total weight of the shaped body,
- wherein the shaped body has a mass between 3 and 25 g, a density between 0.5 and 0.95 g/cm3, a ratio of body surface area to body volume that is 2 cm−1 to 10 cm−1, and disintegrates or dissolves in aqueous media.
