Abstract
The invention relates to the preparation and application of deuterated 4-phenyl-4-piperidinols, the general structural formula of which is represented by formula (I) or formula (II). The present invention also discloses the preparation and application of these compounds, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and pharmaceutical compositions containing thereof. The compounds of the present invention can be used for the treatment of pain.

A deuterated 4-phenyl-4-piperidinols, wherein the structural general formula of the compound is represented by formula (I):
- wherein R1 is selected from one of a hydrogen, a C1-C3 alkyl, a fully deuterated or partially deuterated C1-C3 alkyl;
- wherein R2 is a phenyl or a 2,4,5-trifluorophenyl;
- wherein R3 and R4 are respectively selected from one of a methyl(CH3) and a deuterated methyl(CD3), both of which are not simultaneously a methyl;
- and
