Abstract
The disclosure extends to multiple ion nanoparticles for delivery of agricultural products and ions. A composition includes a structural particle and a plurality of ions disposed around the structural particle. The plurality of ions forms a plurality of ion layers surrounding the structural particle. The plurality of ions comprises a plurality of a first ion having a positive charge and a plurality of a second ion having a negative charge.
Claims24
A composition comprising:
- a structural particle comprising a net negative charge;
- a plurality of fertilizer ions disposed around the structural particle;
- and
- a silicic acid;
- wherein the plurality of fertilizer ions forms a plurality of ion layers surrounding the structural particle, and wherein the plurality of ion layers comprises:
- a first ion layer comprising a plurality of positively charged fertilizer ions;
- and
- a second ion layer comprising a plurality of negatively charged fertilizer ions;
- and
- wherein the first ion layer is nearer to the structural particle than the second ion layer.
