An exercise device comprising:
- a first board;
- a second board having one or more linear rails running along a lengthwise dimension of the exercise device;
- an extremity platform coupled to the one or more linear rails in a sliding engagement;
- and
- a resistance band dock coupled to and between adjacent sides of the first board and the second board;
- wherein the first and second boards have substantially equivalent dimensions.
