A radiopharmaceutical, comprising a 99mTc labeled CB7-GA complex, the 99mTc labeled CB7-GA complex consisting of:
- an encapsulated glycyrrhizic acid (GA) comprising GA encapsulated in a cavity of a cucurbit [7]uril macrocycle (CB7);
- and
- 99mTechnetium (99mTc) tagged to the encapsulated GA.
