A compound of the following formula (1):

• wherein:
• RF1 is Rf1—RF—Oq—;
• Rf1 is a C1-16 alkyl group optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms;
• RF is a divalent fluoropolyether group;
• q is 0 or 1;
• Xa is a single bond or divalent organic group;
• RA1 is —RA6—RA4—ORAC or —RA6—RA5—(ORAC)2;
• RA4 is a C1-10 alkylene group;
• RA5 is a trivalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms;
• RA6 is a single bond or —C1-10 alkylene-O—;
• RAc is a (meth)acryloyl group;
• Xb is —Xc—Xd—;
• Xc is —[(Rc1)t1—(Xc1)t2]—Xc2—;
• Rc1 is each independently at each occurrence a single bond or a C1-12 alkylene group;
• Xc1 is each independently at each occurrence O, NRx1, S, SO, or SO2;
• Rx1 is each independently at each occurrence a hydrogen atom or a C1-6 alkyl group;
• Xc2 is O or NRx2;
• Rx2 is each independently at each occurrence a hydrogen atom or a C1-6 alkyl group;
• t1 is an integer of 1 to 6;
• and
• t2 is an integer of 1 to 6,
• wherein in [(Rc1)t1—(Xc1)t2], the occurrence order of Rc1 and Xc1 is not limited in the formula;
• Xd is —CO—NRd2—, —OCO—NRd2—, —NRd2—CO—, or —NRd2—COO—;
• Rd2 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-6 alkyl group;
• and
• RB is RF1—Xa— or RA1—Xb—.
