Abstract
The present invention relates to interleukin-4 receptor-binding fusion proteins. More specifically, the invention provides, in part, fusion proteins that include an interleukin-4 or interleukin-13 protein moiety joined to an anti-apoptotic Bel-2 family member protein moiety.
Claims12
A method of propagating or expanding engineered T cells for use in adoptive cell transfer therapy or chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) therapy comprising contacting the engineered T cells with a fusion protein comprising an interleukin-4 (IL-4) receptor binding protein and an anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 family polypeptide, wherein the fusion protein comprises the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 18 and 20-24.
A method of propagating or expanding engineered T cells for use in adoptive cell transfer therapy or chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) therapy comprising contacting the engineered T cells with a nucleic acid encoding a fusion protein comprising an interleukin-4 (IL-4) receptor binding protein and an anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 family polypeptide, wherein the nucleic acid molecule comprises the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 30 or 31.
