• the decorative sheet comprises a surface protective layer, a design layer, and a substrate in order from the first surface toward the second surface,
• the design layer comprises a patterned portion disposed only in a location that overlaps the first region,
• an average 60° specular gloss measured on the first surface is 6 or less,
• an average 85° specular gloss measured on the first surface is 9 or less,
• an average skewness Ssk1 of the first region and an average skewness Ssk2 of the second region, in accordance with a definition in ISO 25178-2:2012, satisfy a relationship (i), shown below, and
• an average kurtosis Sku1 of the first region and an average kurtosis Sku2 of the second region, in accordance with a definition in ISO 25178-2:2012, satisfy a relationship (ii), shown below
