Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a novel compound for photodynamic therapy of cancer, a composition including the same, and a method for photodynamic therapy of cancer, and more specifically, a novel photosensitizer compound based on NpImidazole having a C═S functional group introduced, a composition and sensor including the same and a method for photodynamic therapy using the same.
Claims15
A compound represented by chemical formula 1-2, a salt thereof, or both:
- wherein R1 to R6 are, independently, selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, straight or branched chain alkyl having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, alkenyl having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and aryl having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, and R7 to R12 are, independently, selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, straight or branched chain alkyl having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and alkenyl having 2 to 10 carbon atoms.
