Non-visual outputs for a smart ring

A method comprising:

• providing a ring band having a plurality of surfaces including an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, the inner surface configured to contact a user when the ring band is worn by the user;
• determining, by a processor, an indication of one or more driving conditions, wherein the processor is configured to receive a haptic input from the user;
• and
• providing, by the processor, an output based on the indication of the one or more driving conditions via a smart ring device as determined by the processor while the user is driving, wherein the output comprises an audible output from the smart ring device.

A smart ring device comprising:

• a ring band having a plurality of surfaces including an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, the inner surface configured to contact a user when the ring band is worn by the user;
• a processor disposed within the ring band, wherein the processor is configured to determine an indication of one or more driving conditions,
• wherein:
• the processor is configured to receive a haptic input from the user;
• and
• the processor is configured to cause the smart ring device to provide, to the user of the smart ring device, an output based on the indication of the one or more driving conditions as determined by the processor while the user is driving, wherein the output comprises an audible output from the smart ring device.
