Abstract
Provided is a glass fabric formed by weaving warp and weft glass yarns comprising a plurality of glass filaments, wherein the surface of the glass fabric is subjected to surface treatment with a surface treatment agent, and the difference between the dielectric loss tangent and the bulk dielectric loss tangent of the glass fabric as measured by using a split cylinder resonator is greater than 0 and not more than 1.0×10−3 at 10 GHz.
Claims19
A glass fabric comprising glass yarns composed of a plurality of glass filaments and woven as warp and weft yarns, wherein the glass fabric is surface-treatment on a surface thereof with a surface treatment agent, and a difference between a dissipation factor of the glass fabric and a bulk dissipation factor as measured using a split cylinder resonator is greater than 0 and 1.0×10−3 or less at 10 GHz, and
- wherein the bulk dissipation factor of glass constituting the glass yarns is greater than 0 and 2.5×10−3 or less at 10 GHz.
